Pre & Post Event
Cleaners will conduct thorough cleaning of the event site, including public areas, restrooms, seating areas, and entryways and will ensure that all bins are in place, clearly marked, and ready for use.
Event Day
Monitor high-traffic areas during the event, ensuring they remain clean and tidy throughout the duration of the event.
Waste Management
Collect and sort rubbish, recyclables, and compostable items according to event guidelines, ensuring waste is disposed of properly and in compliance with local regulations.
Safety & Sanitation
Adhere to safety guidelines and maintain a clean, hazard-free environment using appropriate cleaning products and equipment to sanitise surfaces, ensuring the safety and well-being of all staff and guests.
Event Support
Ticket Staff will communicate with other event staff to manage crowd flow, entry procedures, and overall guest experience and can assist with pre-event setup and post-event teardown as needed.
Safety & Security
TS will monitor the entrance area to ensure only valid ticket holders gain access to the venue and follow all safety protocols and report any security concerns to site managers.
