Operate ticketing systems (manual or digital) for sales, entry, and exit and return policies. Manage cash, card & digital payment transactions, and maintain accurate records of ticket sales.
Address and resolve customer concerns or issues related to tickets, including lost tickets or disputes. Handle any special requests, ensuring a smooth and positive event experience for all guests.
Ticket Staff will communicate with other event staff to manage crowd flow, entry procedures, and overall guest experience and can assist with pre-event setup and post-event teardown as needed.
Ticket Scanning Staff will monitor the entrance area to ensure only valid ticket holders gain access to the venue and follow all safety protocols and report any security concerns to site managers.
