Event Stewards

Event Stewards play a key role in ensuring the safety, comfort, and enjoyment of attendees. They are responsible for guiding guests, monitoring crowd behaviour, and maintaining a safe and positive environment throughout the event.

All Stewards are briefed and de-briefed at the start and end of each event or day to ensure everyone is familiar with site and event policies and safety procedures.

Customer Service

Our Stewards provide a friendly and helping service to all attendees, and colleagues from other contractors such as sound and lighting techs to external food vendors.

Adaptable

Every member of the stewarding team are on hand to assist other teams and contractors as and when required.

Team Collaboration

Working alongside Site Managers and SIA door staff, our Stewards will work closely with other teams to resolve any potential disruption.

Traffic Management

The Stewards can direct traffic, both on site and incoming to ensure a smooth flow of traffic, avoiding any delays or disruption to customers and nearby residents.
